  • CDA Foundation Trust is a registered non-profit organization under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882.

  • Our registration details include 12A, 80G, CSR-1, FCRA, MSME (Udyam), and NGO DARPAN.

  • The Trust is headquartered at AT-KARKAT, Post: Latehar, District: Latehar, Jharkhand – 829206, India.

  • All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are owned by the Trust and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.


2. Donations & Contributions

  • All donations made to CDA Foundation Trust are voluntary, non-refundable, and irrevocable. Donors are encouraged to contribute only after careful consideration.

  • Donations will be used strictly for charitable purposes, including but not limited to child education, vocational training, nutrition, women empowerment, and community development.

  • Donors will receive an official receipt for every contribution.

  • Indian donors are eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

  • International contributions are accepted only through our FCRA-approved bank account in compliance with Indian laws.

  • CDA Foundation Trust is not responsible for donations made to unauthorized accounts or individuals claiming association with the Trust.


3. Transparency & Accountability

  • We are committed to maintaining full transparency in the use of funds.

  • Annual reports, audited financial statements, and program reports are published and made available to stakeholders upon request.

  • The Trust reserves the right to allocate donations to specific projects or general funds depending on urgent community needs.


4. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect the privacy of every donor, volunteer, and partner.

  • Personal information such as names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses will be kept strictly confidential.

  • CDA Foundation Trust does not sell, rent, or trade donor or volunteer details to third parties.

  • Information may be used for communication, fundraising updates, donor reporting, and impact stories.

  • Users may opt out of receiving communications at any time by contacting the Trust.


5. Volunteering, Internships & Partnerships

  • Volunteers, interns, and field workers are expected to adhere to the code of conduct, ethics, and policies of the Trust.

  • Any violation of conduct (harassment, misbehavior, misuse of resources) will result in immediate termination of association.

  • Corporate and institutional partnerships for CSR projects require a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to ensure clarity of responsibilities.

  • CDA Foundation Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any application for volunteering, internship, or partnership.
